Résidence Masséna 30, Rue Massena 06000 Nice, France
Résidence Masséna is NOT a hotel but a jointly owned property on timeshare basis, where everybody should have a good time with due consideration for the other owners/guest. In order to achieve this objective we ask everybody to respect and observe the following House Rules during the stay at Résidence Masséna:
- Arrival is Saturday at 4 pm at the earliest. Departure is Saturday at 10 am at the latest. This has to be respected. However, owners/guests who arrive early and/or leave late can, at their own risk, deposit their luggage in the depot with access from the hall.
- Not more than 4 persons are allowed in the flats C, F, G, H, I, J, K, N and O, Only 2 persons are allowed in flat B, and 6 persons in flat DE, LM, PQ and S.
- At departure the refrigerator must be turned off and defrosted. Bed linen, towels, dish towels, etc. must be left at the entrance The flat must be left in a tidy condition. There is a vacuum cleaner on each floor in the fire-fighting equipment room. Used tableware must be cleaned, and put away in the cupboards. All waste, bottles, etc. must be cleared away and thrown in the container in the room beside the back entry, between 8.00 and 18.00. Remember to draw the curtains.
- Alterations to furniture and decorations of the flat can only take place if all owners agree. Protect the furniture, and do not sit in the settees wearing bathing suits and sun-lotion. Use a table cloth or doilies for the marble table.
- An inventory list is available in the flat. Furniture, equipment, etc. must be intact at the time of departure. Guests responsible for major damage to furniture and to equipment that is not in stock in the Résidence will be charged for the replacement – If glasses, china, cutlery, etc. are missing in the apartment, please contact Katrine Johnsen on telephone 0033 6 31 02 36 48, or send an e-mail to: administration@ruemassena30-nice.com. This telephone number is also the hot-line number to be used in case of serious problems (all the 24 hours). All other minor problems can be reported to the administration on the Evaluation Form on the website under “Shareholders”/”Templates”.
- Do not dry bathing suits etc. in windows or on balconies. The washing machine and the tumbler on the first floor can be used free of charge on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. An electric drying rack/heating panel has been installed in the bathrooms. The towels of Résidence Masséna must not be used on the beach.
- Close the windows every time you leave the apartment, and always when the air-conditioning is on. When aircon or heating are on, it i recommended to leave the doors open in the apartment, as the systems do not work suitably when the doors are closed.
- Avoid noisy behavior in the apartments, hall, stairways and passages – pay regard!
- The office/service room on the lower floor of the building with computer and printer may be used free of charge by all shareholders/guests. The users are responsible for tidying up.
- Pets are not allowed and must not be present on the premises.
- No parking places are reserved for Residence Massena. Unloading and loading is permitted in Rue Massena from 7 am to 10.30 am.
Please be attentive to danger of fire in the building. Smoking is prohibited everywhere in the building. All residents should familiarize themselves with the location of fire-fighting equipment and how to use it. On each floor as well as in the hall, fire extinguishers, etc. are stored behind a door marked “Fire-Fighting Equipment” – See the fire instructions there or on the website of Résidence Masséna.
